How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are processed in 1-2 weeks. Custom orders are processed in 3-4 weeks. Processing time depends on inventory as well as bulk ordering.

Can I make a return or exchange?

Please note, items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits.

All custom items are FINAL SALE.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at brickbybrickheadquarters@gmail.com with your reason for return or exchange and your order number.

In order to accept your return, items must be unworn with tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and include its original shoebox without post labels.

All returns or exchanges are subject to approval. We cannot guarantee a return or exchange.

I made a mistake on my custom order, can I fix it?

If your order has been processed and delivered, we cannot exchange your custom item. You will need to purchase a new custom item. If you notice a mistake at the time of purchasing, please email us at brickbybrickheadquarters@gmail.com and we can try to correct the mistake before the order is sent out.

Can I pick up my order in person at the gym?

Yes! If you would like to skip shipping and pick up in person, please select “In-store pick up ONLY” as your shipping option. Your order will be ready for pick-up at the gym within 1-4 weeks (depending on the item).
